What this page is

This policy explains what information Peakure LLC collects through peakure.com, why we use it, and how to reach us about it. These are general terms, not legal advice. Review by counsel is pending, and this page will be updated when that review is complete.

Who we are

Information we collect

This site has a contact form and no account system. If you use the form, email us, or book a call, we receive what you send: your name, your email address, your company if you give it, the topic you pick, and anything you write. Form submissions are delivered to us as email and are not stored in a database on this site. We briefly hold the IP address of a submission in memory to limit repeat sending; it is not written to disk. Our hosting, email and scheduling providers also record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested.

How we use it

We use it to answer you, to schedule and hold calls, to keep the site running and secure, and to meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Service providers

The site is hosted by Vercel. Calls are scheduled through Cal.com. Contact-form messages are delivered by Resend. Each processes information on our behalf under its own terms.

Retention

We keep correspondence and engagement records for as long as needed to run the business and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing mert@peakure.com. Rights vary by location; we will tell you what we can and cannot do in your case.

Changes

We update this policy when our services or obligations change. The date above shows the most recent revision.
